*Cooking Class Information: In an effort to ensure our chefs have enough time and provisions to accommodate those already registered, we can no longer accept registrations after 5:30pm on the evening of the class. In addition, to avoid unnecessary disturbances to those trying to learn, we can no longer admit registrants after class starts (6:30pm). Payments for all classes are due within 24 hours upon registering. If your payment is not received within 24 hours, your reservation will be released. Also, please note once your payment has been made, we will not be able to process any refunds.

Pilates is a body conditioning routine that will help build flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing, and developing a strong core or center, and improving coordination and balance.

A low impact mixed martial arts training class for Children ages 5-11. This 4-week training program will focus on physical fitness, body mechanics, self-defense, and the building of personal and social competence skills through teamwork for children. Thursday cooking classes will be for ages 21 and up. You will be allowed to bring your own wine to drink and share for these classes.
Tuesday cooking classes are free as long as you show up. If you are not able to attend and give at least 1 hour notice the fee will be waived, otherwise there will be a $5.00 no show fee assessed to your room.
