U-Jam is an athletic cardio dance fitness program that unites world beats with urban flavor. The music will take you around the world from old school hip-hop to Bollywood with an athletic, intense cardio workout that makes you sweat, tones your body and leaves your body craving more!

 Dance Fit:

Mondays at 7:00pm –

Dance Fit is similar to the concept of Zumba, just not Latin inspired. The choice of music is pulled from a variety of different genres that are high intensity.

Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance class with moves that are lively and effective. Our helpful instructor will guide you through all the moves to keep you dancing while having fun. Classes meet at Ciro’s! Register for classes today!

Yoga: Sundays Free!

Sundays at 1:00pm – FREE

Yoga will help you increase flexibility, strength, and posture! Meet in the Ciro’s Fitness Room. This class is complementary so there’s no need to register!

A low impact mixed martial arts training class for Children ages 5-14. This 4-week training program will focus on physical fitness, body mechanics, self-defense, and the building of personal and social competence skills through teamwork for children.  For more information on the instructor Steve Miller, please visit his website

*Cooking Class Information: In an effort to ensure our chefs have enough time and provisions to accommodate those already registered, we can no longer accept registrations after 5:30pm on the evening of the class. In addition, to avoid unnecessary disturbances to those trying to learn, we can no longer admit registrants after class starts (6:30pm). We apologize if this is an inconvenience to you, we assure you it’s for the benefit of the class – Thank you for your cooperation!

Payments for all classes are due within 24 hours upon registering. If your payment is not received within 24 hours, your reservation will be released. Also, please note once your payment has been made, we will not be able to process any refunds.

Make your reservation for Tuesday and Thursday classes through the Event Registration link on the left. Please note the following rules regarding our cooking class:

Thursday cooking classes will be for ages 21 and up.  You will be allowed to bring your own wine to drink and share for these classes.

Tuesday cooking classes are free as long as you show up.  If you are not able to attend and give at least 1 hour notice the fee will be waived, otherwise there will be a $5.00 no show fee assessed to your room.
