I was the Community Manager of Villa Veneto in 2001, promoted to Community Manager of Palma Sorrento in 2002 and then promoted to Community Manager of Santa Palmia in 2003. My husband and I moved to Austin, TX in 2006-2007 and then moved back to Northern California. I recently was lucky enough to be able to come back and work at Palm Valley and with E&S Ring in September of 2008. I love to spend time with family and friends, make cards/scrap booking, play games – Rock Band/Wii, watch cooking shows and many other shows – Thank goodness for DVR! ….and most recently been addicted to Facebook! |

Justine AlmoniaAssistant ManagerBonjour! I’m Justine Carreau Almonia. A San Jose, California native, I grew up in the heart of Silicon Valley. I have nine years behind me of customer service, real estate and property management. I worked with For Rent Media Solutions for two years and then came onto the leasing floor. When I am not engulfed with work, I am also a Mommy. I am new mother to a rambunctious baby boy, Maverick. I enjoy sports, the outdoors, traveling, photography, playing the piano, and Polynesian dance. My inspiration for everything I do and strive to be is my Grandmother, Florecita who will be turning 97 this summer. Any woman who can have 12 children, over 50 grandchildren and great grandchildren and still dance the night away with a glass of wine in hand- now that’s how you live life! |

I joined the Palm Valley family in August, 2011 and enjoy working with the Service Department. In my off time I enjoy fishing and camping with my kids. My son is playing little league football and in Boy Scouts. My daughter is already in cheerleading. I hope to meet you soon! |
